We are the market leaders in major outdoor event LPG delivery, and onsite ‘multi-drop specialists’. We have a 100% past safety record and over 10 years of experience in the business. No one else in the UK comes close to this level of expertise.

Before hosting any outdoor event using LPG cylinders there are several areas for you to consider which will make your event run without a hitch, including:

The safe transportation and handling of LPG cylinders to and from the event site.

Regarding the health and safety aspect of LPG cylinder transportation, many caterers were unaware that if you carried more than 333kg of Propane/Butane in cylinder form you required a special government licence (ADR licence). This equates to approximately 7 cylinders. However, this legislation changed on 1st Jan 2007 making it compulsory for any person carrying any quantity of LPG cylinders to have a valid ADR licence (effectively making it illegal for caterers to transport LPG cylinders to and from festivals in any quantities.)

The safe usage and storage of LPG cylinders and appliances on site (during and also before the event.)

Under current UK law caterers are allowed to store one cylinder (being used per appliance) and one spare. This means that caterers cannot, by law bring more than their first day’s supply of gas onsite.

The storage of large quantities of LPG cylinders is extremely dangerous and can result in devastating explosions causing harm to both property and also people.

The removal of empty LPG cylinders after the event has finished.

It has been noticed in the past few years that after events, some caterers (no names!) have the annoying tendency to leave empty LPG gas cylinders behind. This can become a problem when there are different cylinder makes from all over the UK and no one wants to remove them, a charge is usually made for the removal of these cylinders which is paid by either the organiser or concessionaire.
